Privacy.

Solvolyte is pre-launch. This page describes the data we collect today, how we use it, and the rights you retain. We will revise it as the product matures and a formal Data Processing Agreement is published.

What we collect

From the contact form: name, email, affiliation, and free-text message. From server logs: IP address, browser user-agent, referrer, and request timestamps, retained at most 30 days. From partner engagements: only the dataset and the metadata you choose to share with us. We do not run analytics, advertising, or fingerprinting trackers on this site, and we do not load any third-party scripts on user-facing pages.

How we use it

Beta-access requests are routed to [email protected] and used solely to evaluate fit and reply to you. Partner-supplied data is used solely to train, evaluate, and serve models for that partner; it is not used to train models served to anyone else without an explicit signed amendment. We never sell, share, or rent contact information.

How long we keep it

Inbound emails are retained for the duration of the partnership conversation, then archived in a restricted folder for legal/audit reference and deleted on request. Server logs roll off after 30 days. Partner datasets and derived artefacts are deleted within 30 days of engagement end, or sooner on written request — whichever is earlier.

Cookies and storage

We do not set tracking, advertising, or fingerprinting cookies, and the site uses no analytics SDK. Standard Next.js framework cookies (none persistent across sessions) may be set during navigation. Local storage is unused. There is nothing to opt out of because there is nothing collecting in the first place.

Your rights

Wherever you are: you may request a copy, correction, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you, or withdraw beta participation at any time. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 14 days. EU/UK residents have additional rights under GDPR/UK GDPR; California residents under CCPA/CPRA. We honour all of them by default.

Third parties and sub-processors

We currently use only essential infrastructure (mail relay, hosting, GPU compute). A current sub-processor list is available on request. Linked external sites (LinkedIn, GitHub, X, Hugging Face) have their own privacy practices — visiting them is governed by their notices, not this one.

Security in brief

TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, dedicated namespaces per partner, two-person review before any production change. Full posture is on the Security page.

Contact

Privacy enquiries, deletion requests, or anything ambiguous: email [email protected]. For partner-specific data subject requests, write to your engagement contact and copy the same address.
